About Zackery Carey

Zackery Carey serves as Director of Operations for Allen & Co. and is also a licensed real estate agent, earning his Georgia real estate license in January 2024. As a member of the Atlanta Realtors Association, Zackery brings both operational leadership and hands-on real estate insight to the team, ensuring every client experience is organized, informed, and handled with care.

With a degree in Hospitality Management from Morgan State University, several years in luxury hotel operations, and 13 years of experience in project controls and corporate finance, Zackery has built a career centered on precision, communication, and service excellence. His background allows him to break down complex information, manage high-stakes details, and keep transactions moving smoothly from start to finish.

Zackery operates with a “first-time-right” mindset, prioritizing education, compliance, proactive problem-solving, and smart execution. Whether supporting clients, coordinating behind the scenes, improving team systems, or helping buyers and sellers navigate important decisions, he is committed to creating a seamless, stress-free experience.

Outside of real estate, Zackery enjoys traveling abroad, discovering new local restaurants, pushing through Peloton cardio sessions, running 5K and 10K races, and spending quality time with his family and three dogs.
